Guinea fowl stuffed with mushrooms and foie
Ingredients: Guinea Fowl, minced pork meat, duck liver, cream, milk, pasteurized egg, potato flakes, boletus edulis, black trumpet, salt and pepper.
Regeneration: Defrost the product, warm with tha bag in microwave or in a double boiler. Brown in a preheated 200 ºC deep-fryer during 2 minutes or in a preheated 200 ºC oven during 15 minutes. Make servings as desired and dish up the product.
