Ingredients: Pork knuckle, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.

Regeneration: Defrost the product totally, preheat it with the bag in a double boiler or microwave. Introduce the bag contents in a preheated 220°C oven and brown the product during 10 minutes approximately, thus reducing the sauce.
