Stuffed rabbit with vegetables
Ingredients: Rabbit, minced pork meat, cream, red pepper, courgette, onion, salt, pepper and thyme.
Regeneration: Defrost the product, warm with tha bag in microwave or in a double boiler. Brown in a preheated 200 ºC deep-fryer during 2 minutes or in a preheated 200 ºC oven during 15 minutes. Make servings as desired and dish up the product.
