Ingredients: Veal cheek, veal snout, salt and pepper.

Regeneration: Defrost totally, cut into portions as desired, brown in a griddle on both sides and finish the product by heating the terrine in the oven or microwave (if portions are thin, the grill browning will also heat up the terrine)
